Finding a book at a well-organized library, even in the beautiful Trinity College library in Dublin, Ireland, is hard work!  You have to know what you are looking for, look it up using the Dewey Decimal system, and find it amongst the voluminous aisles.

Yet, finding a book at the library is probably a lot easier than finding all the supporting process maps, templates, reference materials, tools, and documentation related to well defined processes.

Taking the time to develop and maintain a framework is great!  The next effort is to organize it.  Artifacts must be easy for your process users to find and incorporate into their daily routines.  The supporting process elements must flow to them easily as part of their work.  To the right person, for the right event, at the right time, with the right tool, and in the right mode.

When you make it easy for your process users, they will access it, use it, and are accountable to it.

That's my 8020 Framework.  What's yours?
